I, hereby consent to the player participating in official Knights Gridiron Club Team Bus Travel during the 2024 season (September – December). I acknowledge the following: 1. Supervision: I understand that responsible adult supervisors and coaches will accompany the players throughout the trip. Adequate measures will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all players. 2. Transportation: I consent to the player travelling by chartered bus and understand that the bus will be driven by a licensed and insured driver. I acknowledge the risks involved with road travel, including the possibility of delays, road accidents, or breakdowns. 3. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise the supervising adults to provide or seek necessary medical treatment for the player. I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. 4. Behavioral Expectations: I understand that the player is expected to follow the instructions of the supervising adults and coaches and adhere to all established behavior expectations. 5. Liability: I release and hold harmless the Knights Gridiron Club, coaches, volunteers, and supervisors from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the players participation in the trip, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 6. Contact and Communication: I agree to keep my phone accessible during the trip in case the supervising adults need to contact me. I will also notify Coach Hall (+61 414 902 099) if my contact details change before the trip.
